In this winery tour in the Algarve, you will discover the peculiarities of the vineyards of southern Portugal and have the opportunity to taste its aromatic wines.

Description

When booking, you can choose to visit 1 or 2 wineries in the Algarve. Both options include hotel pickup and drop-off, transport, and an English-speaking guide.

Visit to 1 winery (4-5 hours)

We will pick you up at your hotel at the indicated time to start this winery tour in the Algarve. The Algarve's climate and clay soils provide a protected environment for its vines, contributing to high-quality wines. En route to the winery, we will make a brief stop in the village of Silves for a stroll.

At the Quinta do Frances winery, we will learn about the winemaking process and then enjoy a tasting of 3 wines. Afterward, free time will be available to explore the vineyards and visit the shop.

Visit to 2 wineries (7 hours)

After hotel pickup, we will go to the Paxa winery for a tour of the vineyards and facilities, including a wine tasting with an aperitif on the terrace. Following this, we will visit the historic town of Silves, where you will have 2 hours of free time for lunch.

After reuniting, we will proceed to the Quinta do Frances winery for a guided tour of their production process. Following the tour, we will have a tasting of 3 wines, with additional free time for walking through the vineyards and visiting the shop.
