Meet us at the Alcocéber Tourism Office to kick off our day trip to the Ebro Delta. After a one-hour boat ride, we'll arrive at the Ebro Delta Natural Park, home to over 300 species of birds. We'll walk through the area and discuss the geological characteristics that make up the region.

During the visit, you'll learn that the Delta salt flats and fishing trades were key economic components before the rice industry emerged in the second half of the 19th century, making this Catalonia's most humid region.

The trip concludes with a boat ride along the delta waters, offering views of Buda Island and the expansive rice fields. Keep an eye out for flamingos and seagulls as we sail along.

Finally, we'll return to Alcocéber after 5 hours of adventure.
