Tour Options

When booking, you can choose between the following options to visit the Quattrocieli Winery. Both include an English-speaking guide and a tasting of wine and local products. You can see the details of each option below:

Tour + Wine Tasting (1 Hour)

We'll meet at the entrance of the Quattrocieli Winery at 5 pm and begin a guided tour of the facilities. The tour covers the history of the company and winemaking techniques through videos.

Afterwards, we'll taste three wines accompanied by typical Sicilian cured meats and cheeses. You'll also learn how to bottle, cork, and label a bottle.

Tour + Picnic (1.5 Hours)

For this second option, we'll meet at 6 pm at the main gate of the Quattrocieli Winery.

The tour begins with a discussion on the history and tradition of the brand and winemaking in this Sicilian bodega, accompanied by informative videos.

You'll receive a picnic basket filled with typical products like salami and cheeses, vegetable couscous, cunzato bread, seasonal fruit.

Tour + Creating a Blend (1.5 Hours)

This experience includes a winery visit and insights into winemaking techniques. Following the tour, we'll conduct a tasting of 4 types of ecological wines from Quattrocieli and learn how to create our own blend.

You'll analyse different wine features and choose components for your blend. A Sicilian aperitif with bruschetta, cheese, and salami is included.

Tour + Wine Bottling (2 Hours)

This option reveals how wine is bottled. The tour includes a tasting of 4 different wines, including one straight from the barrel, paired with a board of cured meats and bruschetta.

Finally, you will learn about the bottling and labelling process, with the opportunity to customise your label as a souvenir.
