Tour Options

When booking, you can choose between the following options to visit the Quattrocieli Winery. Both include an English-speaking guide and a tasting of wine and local products. You can see the details of each option below:

Tour + Wine Tasting (1 Hour)

We'll meet at the entrance of the Quattrocieli Winery at 5 pm and begin a guided tour of the facilities. We'll talk about the history of the company and the main winemaking techniques through different videos.

Afterwards, we'll taste three wines accompanied by typical Sicilian cured meats and cheeses. We'll also learn how to bottle, cork and label a bottle.

Tour + Picnic (1.5 Hours)

For this second option, we'll meet at 6 pm at the main gate of the Quattrocieli Winery.

We'll discuss the history and tradition of the brand and how wine is made in this Sicilian bodega, complemented by videos showcasing the main winemaking techniques.

Guests will receive a picnic basket with typical products like salami and cheeses, vegetable couscous, cunzato bread, seasonal fruit.

Tour + Creating a Blend (1.5 Hours)

This experience includes a visit to the winery and an overview of the main winemaking techniques. Guests will then enjoy a tasting of 4 types of ecological wines from Quattrocieli and learn how to create a personal wine blend.

We'll guide you through analysing different wine features. You'll receive equipment to make your blend and enjoy a Sicilian aperitif with bruschetta, cheese, and salami.

Tour + Wine Bottling (2 Hours)

In this tour, we'll explore how wine is bottled with a tour of the winery.

Afterwards, enjoy a tasting of 4 different wines, including one straight from the barrel, paired with a board of cured meats and bruschetta.

Finally, learn about the bottling and labelling process and customize your label with your name and date of visit.
