Options
When booking, you can choose between the following options to visit the Quattrocieli Winery. Both include an English-speaking guide and a tasting of wine and local products.
Visit + Wine tasting (1 hour)
We'll meet at the entrance of the Quattrocieli Winery at 5 pm and begin a guided tour of the facilities. We'll talk about the history of the company and the main winemaking techniques through different videos.
Afterward, we'll taste three wines accompanied by typical Sicilian cured meats and cheeses. Additionally, we'll learn how to bottle, cork, and label a bottle.
Visit + Picnic (1.5 hours)
For this second option, we'll meet at 6 pm at the main gate of the Quattrocieli Winery.
We'll begin by discussing the history and tradition of the brand and the winemaking process in this Sicilian bodega, supplemented by videos showcasing the main winemaking techniques.
Then, we'll provide a picnic basket with typical products, including salami and cheeses, vegetable couscous, cunzato bread, seasonal fruit.
