When making your reservation, you can choose which option you prefer:

Factory visit (1 hour)

After meeting at the entrance to the factory, we'll take you on a guided tour to uncover the secrets of olive oil. Firstly, we'll head outside the installations to witness olives being harvested. Here, we'll show you how they're selected and classified before being processed. Then, we'll go inside, where we'll learn all the details of how oil is extracted from the olives. We'll explain each step, from trituration to storage and bottling.

Factory visit + Oil tastings (1.5 hours)

If as well as visiting the installations you want to try three of our best oils, this is the perfect option! The first part of the tour will be the same as above and, in addition, you'll also enjoy a beginner's oil tasting. After the visit, we'll show you the basic steps to distinguish the different scents and flavours of olive oil, learning about different varieties of olives and their characteristics.

Factory visit + Oil and gourmet product tastings (2 hours)

Want even more? In addition to the visit and oil tastings, this option offers the chance to try some gourmet products. After the visit and oil tastings, you'll enjoy a selection of wines, cheeses, fish, sweets, liquors and other carefully chosen products to top off this experience, along with explanations of their production and characteristics.
