Embark on an exciting journey between Spain and Morocco with our excursion to Ceuta and Tétouan. Experience a crossing by ferry to explore these two remarkable cities situated just across the sea, culminating in a traditional folklore performance.

Ceuta and Tétouan Excursion

Our adventure begins at the designated meeting point in La Línea de la Concepción. From there, we will set off on our excursion to Ceuta and Tétouan. We will travel to Algeciras Port, where we will board a ferry heading towards the African continent.

After an hour's sail over the Strait of Gibraltar, we will reach Ceuta. Here, we'll switch to a bus bound for Tétouan. Get ready to discover Morocco!

Upon arrival, our first stop will be a guided tour of Tétouan, where we will delve into its historical landmarks. What year did this part of Africa become associated with Spain? Why is it often referred to as the White City? What notable film productions have taken place here? All your questions will be answered.

As we traverse the city, we will visit Hassan II Square, admiring the stunning facade of the Royal Palace. We will also explore the historic Jewish quarter and visit a bustling market. Our journey will take us through the enchanting Medina of Tétouan, recognized as a World Heritage Site. Be sure to capture these moments on camera!

Next, we will savor lunch at a local establishment, featuring a menu that consists of two dishes, tea, and delectable Arabic pastries. This meal will be enhanced by a traditional folklore performance. Following lunch, our path will lead us to a traditional Moroccan apothecary, where we will explore the virtues of Argan oil.

We will spend approximately 5 hours discovering Tétouan before we return to Ceuta, where a scenic bus tour awaits. From our comfortable seats, we will glimpse significant landmarks, including San Felipe Fort and the Royal Walls. We'll delve into the rich history and strategic significance of this area.

Finally, we will reboard the ferry and make our way back to the Iberian Peninsula after a full day of exploration, concluding our adventure at the original meeting point.
