On this night tour of Alghero, you'll explore the city's historic center and its Coral Museum, concluding with a wine tasting.
Night Tour Details
We will meet at Piazza Porta Terra at the designated time to begin our night tour of Alghero. The tour starts at the feet of the Torre di Porta, the last remnant of the ancient city walls. Next, we will visit the Forte della Maddalena, a 16th-century defensive structure.
After crossing Piazza Civica, we will arrive at Piazza del Duomo, where you can admire the exterior and interior of the Cathedral of St. Mary the Immaculate. The tour will continue through the Jewish Quarter located within the ancient walls.
We will then stop at the Coral Museum, housed in an Art Nouveau villa, to learn about Alghero's rich history and its connection to the Mediterranean's red coral, Corallium Rubrum, a symbol of the city.
To conclude the tour, we will partake in a tasting of two regional wines in a bistro in the historic center. The tour lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours before saying goodbye at the starting point.

If the Coral Museum is closed, we will visit the aquarium located inside the exhibition complex.
