Description
Aceites Molisur is a leading olive oil company in Alhaurín el Grande. The headquarters, located on the outskirts of this town in Malaga province, is our meeting point.
The tour begins with a guided visit to the Olive Oil Museum, where we will observe the old machinery used in production and learn how techniques have evolved. Additionally, we will explore the historical significance of various components in the production process.
Following the museum visit, a tasting of 3 extra-virgin olive oils awaits. This tasting experience will enhance our ability to distinguish the different nuances and aromas characteristic of these products.
Next, we will take a guided tour of the Aceites Molisur factory, gaining insight into the modern olive oil production process, including the modern machinery currently in use.
After 1.5 hours, we will conclude this activity.
