Alicante to Tabarca Island Ferry
At the time of your choice, you'll sail from the port of Alicante to the island of Tabarca, a popular island in Costa Blanca. During the 1-hour ferry trip, you'll enjoy an underwater view of the boat (availability may vary). You may see various fish typical of this biodiverse area of the Mediterranean.
Once docked in Tabarca, you can explore the island at your leisure. In the afternoon, you may take the ferry back to the port of Alicante on the same or a different day.
What to Do on Tabarca Island?
Tabarca is the biggest island in the Valencian Community, offering a tranquil environment with around 60 inhabitants. A recommended activity is walking through the village streets at the western end, where you can visit the church of San Pedro and San Pablo and the Museum of Nueva Tabarca, which showcases archaeological finds from the Mediterranean.
For dining, we suggest trying the local rice dishes with lobster at village restaurants. If interested in walking, you can visit the easternmost point to see the Tabarca lighthouse.
