Want to learn how to make a delicious authentic paella? With this cooking class, you'll become a true expert and leave with a full stomach. You'll also learn how to prepare the perfect sangria!
Paella & Sangria Workshop
At the chosen time, we'll meet at the Plaza 25 de Mayo in Alicante. We will then enter the Central Market to search for the best products to prepare a great paella alicantina.
After selecting our ingredients, we will head to the kitchen for the cooking class. You’ll learn how to make Arroz del Senyoret (Senyoret Rice), typical of Alicante. Professional chefs will assist you to ensure your paella comes out well. While cooking, you'll enjoy a glass of wine, beer, or a soft drink and some snacks and engage with new friends. Additionally, we will learn to make an exquisite pitcher of sangria.
Once the paella finishes cooking, you'll try your creation and enjoy your delicious Alicante paella. Bon profit!
After enjoying the Arroz del Senyoret, we will conclude this culinary experience after 3.5 hours of activity.
