Villajoyosa & Altea Day Trip

At the designated time, we will depart from Alicante to Villajoyosa, a coastal town located just over half an hour from the provincial capital. A guided tour of Villajoyosa will showcase the seafaring atmosphere of its old town and its colorful buildings. After taking photos along the promenade, we will visit a chocolate factory where you will learn about the techniques used by master chocolatiers. Villajoyosa has a rich cocoa tradition rooted in its commercial history.

The tour will continue to the scenic town of Altea. Among its whitewashed streets, you will see a striking blue dome set between the sea and mountains; the Church of Nuestra Señora del Consuelo is a highlight, known as "the dome of the Mediterranean."

In Altea, you will have free time to explore the historical center independently and enjoy lunch at traditional restaurants. In the afternoon, we will return directly to Alicante, with arrival scheduled six hours after pickup.

On Sundays, the chocolate factory will not be visited as it is closed.
