At the indicated time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Bodegas Romale winery in Almendralejo for a guided tour of this modern wine and cava-producing estate.

Almendralejo is the capital of the Extremadura region of Tierra de Barros, known for its nutrient-rich red clay soils, ideal for grape cultivation. Badajoz's climate contributes to high-quality grape production, characterized by very hot summers and very cold winters.

We'll tour the facilities of Bodegas Romale, one of the most innovative wineries in Extremadura, and learn how they produce their Tempranillo D.O. Ribera del Guadiana wine using modern techniques, including the Ganymede system.

During the tour, we will explore the winery's storage and deposit rooms, which can hold up to 18 million liters.

After the visit, we will proceed to the tasting room to sample a cava and a wine. Participants will gain insights into enology, focusing on aromas, colors, and wine persistence.

The tour will conclude approximately 2 hours after our initial meeting time.
