At the indicated time, we will meet at the entrance of the Bodegas Romale winery in Almendralejo for a guided tour of this wine and cava-producing estate.

Almendralejo serves as the capital of the Extremadura region of Tierra de Barros, known for its red clay soils rich in nutrients that are ideal for growing grapes. The climate of Badajoz, featuring very hot summers and cold winters, further enhances grape quality.

During our visit to Bodegas Romale, an innovative winery in Extremadura, we will learn about the production of Tempranillo D.O. Ribera del Guadiana wine using modern techniques, including the Ganymede system.

We will explore the wine storage and deposit rooms, noting that this winery has the capacity to store up to 18 million liters.

After the visit, we will proceed to the tasting room to sample a cava and a wine. Participants will gain insights into enology, learning to identify aromas, colors, and persistence in the wine.

The tour will conclude 2 hours after the meeting time.
