At the indicated time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Bodegas Romale winery in Almendralejo to participate in a guided tour of this wine and cava-producing estate.

Almendralejo is the capital of the Extremadura region of Tierra de Barros, featuring a terrain perfect for growing grapes due to its red clay soils rich in nutrients. The climate of Badajoz is also optimal for obtaining quality grapes, with very hot summers and very cold winters.

We'll visit the facilities of Bodegas Romale, one of the most innovative wineries in Extremadura, and learn how they produce Tempranillo D.O. Ribera del Guadiana wine using modern techniques, such as the Ganymede system.

During the tour, we'll explore the wine storage and deposit rooms, with a storage capacity of up to 18 million liters.

After the visit, we'll go to the tasting room to sample a cava and a wine. You will learn to distinguish aromas, colors, and persistence in wine.

The tour concludes 2 hours after meeting.
