Marshes, pine forests, cork oak forests and more awaits on our 4x4 tour through the Doñana National Park. We'll visit the spectacular places in this protected area that have restricted access.
Activity Details
At your chosen time, we'll meet on calle Baltasar Tercero. We'll set off in our 4x4 to the areas with restricted access in the northern part of the Doñana National Park.
During our tour, we'll see some of the different ecosystems that thrive in the Doñana. Some of the places we'll see will be the pine forests of Coto del Rey, the cork oak forests of Matasgordas and the marshes of Hinojos. We will visit the José Antonio Valverde Visitor Centre to learn more about the nature found in this area.
As we explore the Doñana, we'll also see birds endemic to this area such as herons, cormorants, seagulls and avocets. The marshes of the Guadalquivir River support a vibrant ecosystem that allows the development of these birds and other species.
We'll also admire mammals native to the Doñana from a distance, such as deer, fallow deer, wild boar, foxes and the Iberian lynx, which is in danger of extinction. We'll learn about several projects dedicated to the conservation of this species.
After a 4-hour tour, we'll return to the meeting point and drop you off.
