El Chorro Via Ferrata Climbing Tour

On this tour of the via ferrata of El Chorro, we will explore the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes Natural Park and experience sliding down a zipline.

El Chorro Via Ferrata Climbing Tour

The meeting point is at the restaurant La Garganta in the village of El Chorro. A brief 10-minute walk will take us to the starting point of the via ferrata.

Participants will be equipped with all necessary gear and receive a briefing on safety measures to follow during the activity. The adventure will then commence.

The via ferrata in El Chorro, located within the Natural Park of Desfiladero de los Gaitanes, offers a combination of adventure and stunning vistas. The route is of intermediate difficulty and includes a zip line, climbing, and a Tibetan bridge.

With a guide present at all times, we will climb to a height of 820 feet (250 meters), enjoying views of the Tajo de la Encantada reservoir and surrounding mountains. This includes crossing a suspension bridge and exciting moments like a 35-meter (114 feet) zip line, along with various other surprises.

We will conclude the activity by returning to the starting point.
