The ride takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the Pilatus Kulm station, offering scenic views through meadows and alpine forests. At the Pilatus station, visitors can enjoy the lookout point and a panoramic restaurant with views of the Alps.

Pilatus can be accessed by cogwheel railway from Alpnachstad.
