In this Greek cooking class in Amorgos, participants will learn to prepare traditional Greek dishes, including gemista, patatato, and galaktompoureko.

Participants will meet at the Hotel Vigla car park at the scheduled time and proceed to the traditional kitchen, where they will meet chef Irini, known for her culinary skills.

This professional chef will guide the preparation of various Greek recipes. The menu features gemista, a tomato and pepper stew, and patatato, a goat and potato casserole.

Additionally, participants will learn to make baked pasta called pastitsio and galaktompoureko, a traditional sweet, along with other key dishes of Greek cuisine. Tasting will take place on a terrace with views of the Aegean Sea and Mount Kroukelos.

Following the tasting, participants will thank the chef and conclude the activity.
