On this tour of Amorgos, we'll explore the island and visit the must-see spots, such as Agios Giorgios Valsamitis Church, Agia Triada and Hozoviotissa Monastery!

Amorgos Tour

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Vigla Hotel in Tholaria to start this tour of Amorgos.

We'll leave Tholaria and head by minibus to Aegiali Bay. Our first stop will be the Church of Agios Giorgios Valsamitis, built on the site of an ancient Greek oracle.

Next, we'll continue south and stop at a coffee shop for a break. We'll then visit the village of Arkesini, home to the Church of Agia Triada, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Following this, we will visit the Hozoviotissa Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in Greece, located 300 meters above sea level. The monks serve traditional offerings of raki and loukoumi.

We will next explore Chora or Hora, the island's capital, walking through its cobblestone streets and viewing the distinctive buildings.

Finally, we'll return to the starting point, concluding the tour approximately 7.5 hours after the initial pickup.
