Amritsar City and Temples Private Tour

We will collect you from your accommodation before beginning our tour of the ancient city of Amritsar. Strolling through the captivating streets, you will learn about the city's four-hundred-year history and Punjabi culture.

Our first stop is Harmandir Sahib, known as the 'Golden Temple', the soul of the city. We will step inside the shrine and visit its museum to discover why it is the most sacred place for the Sikh religion.

Following the visit, we will continue to the Jallianwala Bagh monument, which honors the victims of the Amritsar massacre. You will learn about the tragic events of 1919 that shook the world.

Next, we head to the Durgiana Temple, also known as Lakshmi Narayan Temple, Durga Tirath, and Sitla Mandir. We will explore this Hindu temple, constructed in 1921, and admire its beautifully illuminated cupola.

After visiting the Durgiana Temple, we will take you back to your hotel, where the tour concludes.
