The red line of the sightseeing bus operates from 10 am to 5 pm, with departures every 20 minutes.

If you select a package that features a canal boat trip, you will enjoy a flexible 2-hour journey, allowing unlimited hopping on and off at any of its designated stops.

The boat tour navigates through the historic canals of Amsterdam, making stops near significant locations such as Anne Frank's House, the Van Gogh Museum, the Royal Palace, the Hard Rock Café, and the Red Light District.

Schedule & Frequency

The sightseeing boat departs from the first stop of the bus. Its operational hours are from 9:30 am to 5:45 pm, with a frequency of every 45 minutes.

How It Works

Your ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours, depending on your choice, starting from its first use. For instance, if you purchase a 24-hour ticket and activate it on Monday at 3 pm, it will remain valid until Tuesday at 3 pm.

Throughout this period, you have the flexibility to hop on and off the buses numerous times, enabling visits to attractions such as the scenic Vondelpark or the original Heineken distillery.

If you include the boat trip option, you can disembark and re-board at any of the boat stops multiple times during your ticket's validity.

All tickets for the tourist bus are valid for 3 months from your selected booking date.
