Description
We'll meet at De Ruijterkade Oost in Amsterdam and set off on a 1.5-hour bus journey to the outskirts of Bolduque and Vught to explore the Holocaust traces at the Herzogenbusch Concentration Camp.
Also known as Camp Vught, this camp was operational from January 1943 to September 1944 and held 31,000 prisoners. You'll use an audio guide in English during your tour of the camp, observing the barracks, watchtower, and crematorium.
The trip includes access to the museum and the national memorial, where the names of those who died in the camp can be seen.
The tour will conclude back at the starting point after 6 hours.
