How does the City Card work?

The I amsterdam City Card is a digital card accessible via a smartphone app. It must be activated after arrival in Amsterdam. Ensure your smartphone is charged for usage throughout the day. The app allows card sharing with family or friends and includes a map for navigation. Once a card is transferred, it cannot be transferred again.

Where can I pick my City Card up?

To access your City Card, install the official City Card app and input the unique CC code from your reservation. For inquiries, visit the I amsterdam store at Amsterdam Centraal, De Ruijterkade 28 B t/m D.
