Snorkeling in Cabras Islets
At 2 pm, we'll meet at the Angra do Heroísmo marina and board a boat to the Cabras Islets. We will sail across the Atlantic Ocean towards these volcanic islets, recognized as a Special Protected Area, with a rich ecosystem of nesting birds and diverse marine life.
Participants will be provided with fins, snorkel, and snorkel goggles to explore the crystal clear waters of the Azores. Under the sea, expect to see barracudas, anchovies, and lemon fish, as well as fascinating underwater volcanic landscapes and adapted marine flora.
The activity concludes back at the departure point at 4.30 pm.
