Terceira Island Full Day Tour

We will pick you up at 10 am at your hotel in Angra do Heroísmo and set off on a trip around Terceira Island and its main attractions.

Onboard the vehicle, we'll cross the Mount Brasil, a nature reserve rising over 200 metres above sea level.

We'll continue along the east coast, visiting the viewpoint of Porto Judeu for views of the islet of Cabras and the Forts of São Sebastião. Next, we will proceed to the viewpoint of Serra do Cume, known for its "patchwork quilt" scenery.

The next stop will be the historic town of Praia da Vitória, where you'll have an hour of free time for lunch and exploration. In the afternoon, we will head to the north coast to see the natural pools of Biscoitos, a unique environment with Atlantic waters and volcanic rock.

Subsequently, we'll visit a hidden spot in the mountains and have a tasting at the oldest cheese dairy on Terceira Island. Then, we will explore the fishing village of São Mateus, learning about local culture and traditional fishing practices.

Finally, at 5 pm we'll return to the starting point.
