We will commence with your pickup from your accommodation in Angra do Heroismo, the island's capital. Close to this vibrant city lies the renowned Monte Brasil. Curious about the origins of its name? This will be unveiled during our adventure!

Our exploration begins with a 40-minute walking tour of the Monte Brasil peninsula. This hill, situated in southern Terceira, is an extinct tuff volcano, and we will visit two scenic viewpoints: the crater viewpoint and the Cruzinhas viewpoint.

Following our time at Monte Brasil, we will traverse Terceira, making quick photo stops in charming locales like São Mateus da Calheta. Our journey will then take us to a farm nestled in the island’s interior, where you will partake in a sampling of Azorean cheeses, featuring the famous Queijo Vaquinha. Here, we will indulge in a variety of the region’s most distinguished dairy products, cherished throughout Portugal.

Our next destination will be the renowned natural pools of Biscoitos, where we will embark on a half-hour walking tour to uncover the origins of these lagoons. A hint: the story of their formation is linked to volcanic activity, much like many natural wonders in the Azores.

Finally, we will return you to your hotel, with an estimated arrival time of 3 to 4 hours following your pickup.
