Banqueta Waterfalls Hiking Tour

On this hiking route through the Banqueta Waterfalls, we'll admire the waterfalls of Véu de Noiva, Borboleta Azul, and Escorrega.

Tour Description

After meeting at the designated time at the Santa Luzia dock in Angra dos Reis, we'll travel by vehicle to the starting point of the trail along the waterfalls of Banqueta: Véu de Noiva, Borboleta Azul, and Escorrega.

The hiking route will be light, ideal for enjoying nature. Our first stop will be at the Véu de Noiva waterfall, where we will spend approximately 45 minutes swimming and taking in the surroundings. This waterfall is well-suited for those wishing to experience a natural hydromassage.

We'll continue our hike, crossing rivers and making stops for photos and refreshing swims, before reaching the Borboleta Azul waterfall. Here, we'll take a 20-minute break to enjoy the environment.

The tour concludes at the Escorrega waterfall, which features a natural slide approximately 4 metres (13 ft) high. Participants will have 30 minutes to enjoy this site and the natural pools.

After a total of 5 hours exploring and swimming, we will return to the centre of Angra dos Reis to conclude the activity.
