At 11 am we'll meet at Estação de Santa Luzia, in the center of Angra dos Reis. At the pier, we'll set off on a boat ride through this region in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

Our first destination will be Cataguás, a small island known for its white sand and clear waters, ideal for relaxation and swimming.

Next, we'll head to the natural aquarium of Lagoa Azul, inspired by the film The Blue Lagoon. The intense blue hue of its waters allows for easy viewing of marine life. After swimming here, we'll continue our boat ride.

The next stop will be Ilha Grande, where we will visit three beaches. First, we will go to Praia de Grumixama, a small, deserted cove suitable for swimming.

Next is Praia do Araça, a quiet beach surrounded by rocks and forest, offering a serene atmosphere.

Finally, we will visit Praia das Flechas, where the Atlantic Forest's lush vegetation creates a beautiful emerald reflection in the water. After this, we'll take a break for lunch on your own.

After five hours of activities, we will return to the starting point, concluding our tour of Lagoa Azul and the beaches of Ilha Grande.
