On this tour to the Aspendos theater and the historic city of Side, we will explore notable Greek and Roman sites along with Manavgat Waterfall.

Aspendos Theater, Manavgat Waterfall & Side Tour

Between 8:30 and 9:30 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Alanya to visit the Aspendos Theater.

We will explore this Greco-Roman theater built during Marcus Aurelius' reign and learn about its history. It is known for its decorations and acoustics.

Next, the tour continues to a jewelry shop to view valuable goldsmith pieces. Following this, we will enjoy a traditional meal with a main course of meat or vegetables accompanied by rice.

After lunch, we will visit the Manavgat Waterfall, a 2-meter-high waterfall that stretches 40 meters. This location offers excellent photo opportunities.

Our final destination is the ancient city of Side, established by Greek settlers in the 7th century B.C. Here, we will see the Hellenistic gate, the agora square, and the Roman temple dedicated to Apollo. This location is believed to be where Mark Antony and Cleopatra first met.

We will return to Alanya and drop you off at your hotel between 5:30 and 6:30 pm, concluding the tour.
