Caminito del Rey Excursion

On this excursion to the Caminito del Rey from Antequera, we will walk along one of the most famous routes in the province of Malaga.

At the indicated time, we will meet at the Puerta de Estepa and depart from Antequera towards the Caminito del Rey.

After a 45-minute drive through the Malaga countryside and the Chorro reservoirs, we will walk to the entrance. At the start of the route, helmets will be provided before we begin our tour along the path built in the walls of the Gorge of the Gaitanes.

During the 2-hour route, we will learn about the history, geology, and vegetation of the area, enjoying views of the canyon as we cross wooden walkways and suspension bridges.

Afterwards, we will walk for another 30 minutes to a restaurant, where a 15EUR voucher will be provided for lunch. You will have an hour and a half to enjoy local cuisine and panoramic views from the terrace.

After lunch, a shuttle bus will take us back to the start of the route, from where we will board another vehicle to return to Antequera, arriving approximately 7 hours after the initial pickup.

Temporary Closures

If the Caminito del Rey closes unexpectedly during the activity or with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be possible. However, participants will have the option to reschedule the tour for another day, subject to availability.
