Antigua Guatemala & Villages Tour

We will meet at Oriente Street to begin the tour of Antigua Guatemala. The tour will start with a stroll through the historic centre where we will explore notable sites including the Church of La Merced, the Arch of Santa Catalina, and the Conventual Cloister.

Next, we will visit Central Park to see the exterior of the Town Hall, the Church of San José, the Archbishop's Palace, and the Portal del Comercio. We will also stop at the Tanque de la Unión, learning about its history as an old public washing place.

After exploring the historic centre, we will move on to the surrounding colonial villages. There will be a break for lunch on your own, then we'll visit San Antonio Aguas Calientes, discussing its significant historical events. Following that, we'll tour a macadamia farm in San Miguel Dueñas and explore the ancient colonial culture in Ciudad Vieja and San Juan del Obispo.

After eight and a half hours, we will conclude the tour at the meeting point in Antigua Guatemala.
