At the scheduled time, we'll meet on Calle Oriente in Antigua Guatemala and head towards the Guatemalan highlands to visit Chichicastenango, known for its picturesque indigenous village.

We'll explore the famous Chichicastenango Market, which showcases the region's indigenous culture. The market features a wide array of products, including fresh locally grown produce, homemade delicacies, and handmade crafts.

Next, we'll visit the Church of Santo Tomás, the town's focal point, built in the 16th century atop a pre-Columbian temple platform, where original Mayan steps are still used by indigenous priests. After touring Chichicastenango, you'll have time to have lunch (not included).

Following lunch, we will proceed to Panajachel, the largest town on the shores of Lake Atitlan, recognized for its stunning views of the surrounding volcanoes.

At the end of the day, we will return to the starting point in Antigua Guatemala.
