Day Trip to El Paredón Beach + Surf Lesson

Spend an unforgettable day and learn how to surf with this day trip to El Paredón Beach, the town with the most surf spirit in Guatemala!

Tour Details

After picking you up from your hotel in Antigua, we'll head to the Pacific Coast. The journey takes approximately 2 hours until we arrive at the coastal town of El Paredón, in Buena Vista. We will then go to the hotel in front of the beach, where you can use the facilities for the entire day.

Once settled, we will meet our instructor for a surf lesson that includes a brief theory session about the unique waves of El Paredón. You'll learn techniques to catch waves, maintain your balance, and how to fall safely.

After the lesson, we'll enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant. You’ll have access to the hotel facilities for the rest of the day, along with opportunities to practice surfing as long as you wish.

We will then start our journey back and drop you off at your hotel in Antigua Guatemala approximately 12 hours after the start of our trip.
