Pacaya Volcano & Kawilal Hot Springs Tour

Join us for an experience as we climb Pacaya, one of Guatemala's most active volcanoes, with the opportunity to approach the crater and relax at the Kawilal Hot Springs.

Tour Highlights

Pickup at your hotel will be at the designated time for a bus journey to Pacaya National Park, located about an hour and a half away.

Upon arrival in San Vicente de Pacaya, we will begin our walk to the base of the volcano, starting our ascent towards this active geological formation.

We will climb until we are within 50 meters (165 feet) of Pacaya's lava-filled crater, where we will have a lunch consisting of a sandwich and a drink.

After descending, we will go to Kawilal Hot Springs, where you can enjoy a thermal water circuit featuring 12 thermal pools, 25 steam baths, and three hydrotherapy baths.

This tour lasts between 10 to 12 hours, concluding with a return to the pickup location.
