Finca Torremilanos Winery Tour + Tasting

On this visit to the Finca Torremilanos, discover the history of one of the founding wineries in the Ribera del Duero and taste an exquisite selection of wines. This experience is perfect for wine lovers!

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Finca Torremilanos to begin a guided visit around its winery. It is a founding member of the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin.

Firstly, we'll visit its vineyards, which boast more than 100 years of history, while learning about the ecological growing process of the grape. Afterwards, we will proceed to the cooperage, where traditional methods and materials for making Torremilanos barrels will be demonstrated. Skilled craftsmen, known as coopers, create barrels for the wine-aging process.

We'll continue the tour in the fermentation rooms to discover the wine-making process. The tour concludes with a tasting of 4 wines paired with typical cold meats from Burgos.

The total duration of the activity is approximately 1.5 hours.
