Finca Torremilanos Winery Tour + Tasting

On this visit to the Finca Torremilanos, discover the history of one of the founding wineries in the Ribera del Duero and taste an exquisite selection of wines.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Finca Torremilanos for a guided visit of its winery. It is noteworthy for being a founding member of the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin.

We will start by exploring its vineyards, which have over 100 years of history, and learn about the ecological growing process of the grape. Next, we will visit the cooperage to see the traditional methods used in making Torremilanos barrels, created by skilled craftsmen known as coopers.

The tour will advance to the fermentation rooms to understand how the wines are produced. Following this, we will enjoy a tasting of 4 wines paired with typical cold meats from this area in Burgos.

This activity lasts for 1.5 hours.
