Finca Torremilanos Winery Tour + Tasting

On this visit to the Finca Torremilanos, discover the history of one of the founding wineries in the Ribera del Duero and taste an exquisite selection of wines. This experience is perfect for wine lovers!

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the entrance to the Finca Torremilanos to begin a guided visit around its winery. It was one of the founders of the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin.

Firstly, we'll visit its charming vineyards, which have more than 100 years of history, while learning about the ecological growing process of the grape. Afterwards, we'll proceed to the cooperage to learn about the traditional methods and materials involved in making the Torremilanos barrels, where skilled craftsmen, known as coopers, create the barrels for the wine-aging process.

Next, we'll visit the fermentation rooms to discover how the wines are made. The experience culminates in a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by typical cold meats from Burgos. After 1.5 hours together, we'll conclude the activity.
