Arequipa & Colca Canyon 4 Day Tour

Day 1: Arequipa

Pick up from the airport or bus terminal in Arequipa at 11 am and transfer to the hotel. At 1 pm, we commence a guided tour of Arequipa's main attractions, starting with the Monastery of Santa Catalina, followed by visits to Plaza de Armas square, Jesuit Church of the Company, and the Tristán del Pozo house. We conclude with visits to the viewpoints of Carmen Alto and Yanahuara. Return to the hotel by 6 pm; day free afterward.

Day 2: Arequipa – Colca Valley – Chivay

Post-breakfast, depart for the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve at 8 am, observing wildlife such as vicuñas, alpacas, and flamingos. We will stop at the Mirador de Los Volcanes for views of the Colca Valley. Arrival in Chivay at 2 pm; free time to explore the town.

Day 3: Chivay – Colca Canyon – Arequipa

Early start at 6 am with breakfast before heading to the Colca Canyon. We will pass through the villages of Yanque and Maca. Visit the Condor Cross viewpoint and other points for condor observation. Return to Arequipa by approximately 5 pm; evening free.

Day 4: Arequipa

After breakfast, transfer to the airport or bus station in Arequipa.

The tour includes 3 nights of accommodation with breakfast. Choose between single or double rooms upon booking. Hotels include:

Arequipa: Hostal La Casa de Margot or similar.Chivay: Hostal Colca Inn or similar.

Important information

Pick up at 11 am from the airport or bus station; reserve transport to arrive before this time. Children under 3 travel free if sharing a bed with parents and must sit on their lap during transfers.
