Colca Canyon 2-Day Trip
Day 1: Arequipa - Chivay
Your journey begins with a hotel pickup in Arequipa. Travel three hours through Salinas & Aguada National Reserve, stopping at Patapampa viewpoint at 15,800 feet (4,830 metres). Continue past lagoons and wetlands to Chivay, located at over 11,800 feet (3,600 metres). In the afternoon, visit a nearby hot spring. Enjoy a traditional dinner with local dances in the evening.
Day 2: Chivay - Maca - Yanque - Arequipa
After breakfast in Chivay, visit the Condor Cross for one hour to see condors and enjoy views of Colca Canyon. Return to Chivay with stops in Maca, a Historic Monument of Peru known for its church and traditional attire, and Yanque, situated in the Colca Valley. After lunch in Chivay, return to Arequipa, concluding the tour around 5 pm.

Why Not Finish the Tour in Puno?
Optionally, finish your tour in Puno instead of Arequipa. This 6-hour journey includes stops at Patapampa and Lagunilla, concluding in Puno around 7 pm.
Children Under 3
This tour is free for children under 3 years old, provided they sit on their parent's or guardian's lap during the bus journeys.
