At the agreed time, we'll meet at João Fernandinho beach, where we'll give an introductory lesson to get you familiarized with the diving equipment we'll use for the activity.

Then, we head to the sea with the instructor to get started with the diving class. During the dive, which lasts about half an hour, we'll enjoy the sensation of breathing underwater and being in contact with the marine beauty of Búzios.

We'll see the coral reefs of João Fernandes and João Fernandinho, two beaches with abundant underwater life, as we dive to a depth of 3 to 8 meters (10 to 26 feet).

Finally, we'll finish the diving activity by relaxing on the sand of João Fernandinho beach.
