During the journey, we will discuss the gastronomy of Colombia and the role of fresh products in typical dishes. You will learn about traditional products such as guava, lulo, and passion fruit, while uncovering the secrets of Colombian fruit.
At the markets of Armenia, we will explore the properties of each tropical fruit and discuss the city's history, including its origins and the impact of the 1999 Eje Cafetero earthquake.
