Orchid Farm Tour

Your adventure begins with a pick-up at 8 am from your hotel in Armenia, after which we will journey to a picturesque location in the department of Caldas, to the west of Manizales.

After approximately an hour and a half of travel, we will reach a family-owned farm dedicated to the conservation of wildlife. Here, we will leisurely stroll through the enchanting landscapes of the estate, taking in its remarkable biodiversity. This farm also hosts a dedicated bird sanctuary!

Following this, we will embark on a guided exploration of the orchid and cactus nurseries. The farm staff will share insights on how they nurture these exquisite plants.

During our visit, you will uncover fascinating facts about orchids, known as one of the most stunning and vibrant flower species worldwide. This farm is home to nearly 3,000 varieties of orchids!

Post-tour, you will have some leisure time to enjoy lunch, continue your exploration of the beautiful surroundings, and learn more about the environmental efforts the farm undertakes. We will conclude our adventure by returning to Armenia, with a drop-off at your hotel around 5 pm.
