Experience the ongoing volcanic eruption of Tajogaite on this day trip from Tenerife. Departing from the Port of Los Cristianos, we'll take a ferry to La Palma to witness the lava flows and smoke plumes from a safe distance.
50% of the profits will be donated to the municipalities impacted by the volcano through the Cabildo de La Palma.
Upon arrival in Santa Cruz de La Palma, explore the old town before heading to the Mirador de la Concepción for stunning views of the island's capital. Learn about volcanology and the formation of the Canary Islands, including the historical Teneguía eruption.
Visit the Tacande neighborhood and Tazacorte to see the lava flows of the Tajogaite volcano. Enjoy a traditional Canarian lunch before a final stop at the Mirador de Tajuya to admire the volcano.
The tour concludes with a ferry ride back to Tenerife, arriving around 7:30 pm.
