Experience the Paiva River Canoeing and 4x4 Adventure

At the scheduled meeting time, we will gather at the Areinho river beach, situated along the banks of the Paiva River.

Initially, a safety briefing will cover essential guidelines that participants need to adhere to for the day. You'll receive life jackets and helmets for your protection before we board the canoes!

Once we are equipped and ready, we will navigate the exhilarating rapids of the Paiva River, allowing you to appreciate the stunning landscapes of Northern Portugal along the way.

This canoeing journey spans approximately 2 hours. But there's more! Afterward, we will transition into robust 4x4 vehicles to explore the remarkable Aldeia da Paradinha region, known for its fascinating geology within the Paiva Valley. Our adventure will include stops to marvel at the breathtaking Paiva Gorge, distinctive slate houses, and vibrant beehives.

Ultimately, we will return to our starting point, concluding this immersive three-hour experience.
