Join us on a hiking adventure to Praia Grande and Janela do Paraíso in Rio de Janeiro, ideal for those looking to explore the stunning coastline of Arraial do Cabo.

Praia Grande & Janela do Paraíso Hiking Tour

The hike begins at 8 am next to the Flávia Alessandra statue on the west coast of Arraial do Cabo. The trail is 4.6 kilometers (2.8 miles) long, leading first to Praia Grande, a popular bay known for its turquoise waters and white sand.

Next, we will visit the fishermen's pier at the southern end of Praia Grande, a less touristy spot with traditional sailor houses and boats. Following this, we will head to Bomba, recognized as one of the best diving spots in the region, before arrival at Janela do Paraíso, an abandoned building with panoramic views of the Arraial do Cabo coast.

As the hike continues, we will explore viewpoints such as Vigia or Pedra Mágica, eventually reaching the Gruta do Céu sea cave. Participants will have 30 minutes for swimming and sunbathing at Selvagem beach.

The tour concludes at 12 noon back at the Flávia Alessandra statue.
