Shore Excursion to Bethlehem and Jerusalem

At the appointed time we'll pick you up at the cruise port of Ashdod and hop on the bus to Jerusalem. The trip will take about an hour.

The first stop will be at Mount Scopus for a panoramic view of the Old City of Jerusalem. After taking pictures, we'll visit the Gardens of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations. Information about the significance of these places will be provided.

We'll cross the Kidron Valley to the historic center of Jerusalem, visiting the Wailing Wall and exploring its history. Next, we'll go down the Via Dolorosa, observing markets and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher along the way.

Participants will have one hour of free time for lunch in Jerusalem. After lunch, we'll return to the vehicle and head to Bethlehem.

Upon arrival at Manger Square, we'll walk to the Church of the Nativity, recognized as a World Heritage Site where Jesus was traditionally born.

From Bethlehem, we will return to the port of Ashdod, concluding this nine-hour excursion.
