5 Day Cruise on Lake Nasser

Day 1

The five-day journey begins with a 10 am pickup from your Aswan hotel to Lake Nasser, where the cruise ship awaits. After embarking and having lunch, the afternoon is free to enjoy views of the Aswan Dam.

Day 2

After breakfast, we disembark to visit the Temple of Kalabsha. Explore archaeological remains including the Temple of Qertassi, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Return for lunch and continue cruising.

Day 3

Today, visit the ruins of Wadi es-Sebua, exploring the Temples of Dakka and Mahrraqa. After the tour focusing on the deity Thoth, return to the ship for lunch and relaxation.

Day 4

The cruise continues south, passing the citadel of Qasr Ibrim and the Temples of Derr and Amada. After lunch, we'll dock at Abu Simbel, visiting the colossal sculptures of Ramesses II and his queen Nefertari. The evening features a dinner and a light and sound show at Abu Simbel.

Day 5

After breakfast, we travel from Abu Simbel to Aswan by road. If needed, airport drop-off is available three hours prior to flight departure.

What's the Cruise Ship Like?

The five-day cruise will be aboard the Nubian Sea or a similar vessel.

Note on Prices

Prices are per person in a double room. Solo travelers will incur a supplement.Three-person bookings will have a double room with an extra bed; individual rooms incur a single supplement.

All-Inclusive

The price includes transportation, accommodations, meals, guides, excursions, and entrance fees (excluding Tutankhamun's Tomb).

Bookings made before July 1st, 2024, will require tax and tip payment upon arrival.

Important: Accommodation in Aswan Before the Cruise

Hotel pickups in Aswan begin at 10 am. Overnight stay in Aswan the night before is recommended. Accommodation is not included in the cruise price.

No refunds for cancellations from 20th December to 2nd January (Christmas) and Easter.
