The bus has three different routes:

Grey Route (1 hour and 30 minutes): explore Athens' rich heritage, passing iconic spots like the Acropolis, the Parthenon, the Temple of Zeus, the Parliament, and the National Library.Purple Route - Piraeus (1 hour and 15 minutes): explore Piraeus, passing by the harbour, the Municipal Theatre, and the Acropolis.Green Route (1 hour and 40 minutes): enjoy views of the Athenian Riviera, including Flisvos Marina, Aghios Kosmas Beach, Kavouri Beach, and Astir Beach.

48-Hour Ticket for the Grey Route: hop on and off as many times as you like over 48 hours on the Grey Route.48-Hour Ticket for All Routes: hop on and off as many times as you like over 48 hours on all 3 routes.72-Hour Ticket for All Routes: 72 hours to hop on and off at any stops on all 3 lines.

How Does It Work

The ticket for Big Bus' sightseeing bus is valid for 48 or 72 hours from the first use. During this time, you can hop on and off as many times as you'd like. All tickets are valid for 14 days from the purchase date.

Schedule & Frequency

Grey Route (1 hour and 30 minutes): from 9 am to 9 pm every 20 minutes; last departure at 6 pm from Bus Stop 4 (Acropolis).Purple Route - Piraeus (1 hour and 15 minutes): from 9:40 am to 5 pm every 40 minutes.Green Route (1 hour and 40 minutes): first departures at 9 am and 11 am, then every 60 minutes until 5 pm.
