Bay of Islands Day Trip

Travel to the northernmost part of Queensland to discover one of the most beautiful places in New Zealand on this day trip to the Bay of Islands. We'll also take a boat trip.

Day Trip Details

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Auckland and head north by road to Far North, the northernmost part of New Zealand.

After approximately 3.5 hours, we'll reach the town of Paihia, the main town of the Bay of Islands. We will board a boat and cruise the turquoise waters as we search for great attractions, including the popular Hole in the Rock, and attempt to spot dolphins that inhabit this bay.

A Bay of Islands cruise would not be complete without a stop at an island. We will disembark at Urupukapuka Island for about 1 hour, allowing you to swim in the clear waters and relax on the beach. Adventurous individuals can climb to the top for views of the bay.

After this, we'll return to the boat and head back to the departure pier, completing the boat ride after 4.5 hours of sailing.

Finally, we'll make our way back to Auckland, where we'll drop you back at your hotel approximately 12 hours after departure.
