Texas Hill Country Tour
This tour begins with a pickup at 9 am from your hotel or the Austin Visitor Center. We will travel to the Texas Hill Country, an area known for its mix of German and Spanish heritage.
After an hour's bus ride, we will arrive at the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park in Johnson City, where we will visit the birthplace of former President Lyndon B. Johnson and learn about the significant history related to him.
The next stop will be Fredericksburg, a former German colony, where participants will have free time to enjoy lunch, explore local shops, and sample Texan wine.
Following Fredericksburg, we will head to Luckenbach, a small town recognized for its country music. During this visit, insights about the town’s history will be shared.
The tour concludes with a return to Austin, expected between 4 and 5 pm.
