Aveiro Beaches Tour

On this tour of the beaches of Aveiro, we'll visit two of the great coastal emblems of the region, Praia da Barra and Praia da Costa Nova do Prado.

Visit Aveiro's Best Beaches

The beaches are key attractions in this city in northern Portugal. Meeting point is at Rua de João Mendoça, where a minibus will transport us to the beaches.

Our first beach will be Praia da Costa Nova do Prado, known for its colourful coquette-style houses and extensive beach with fine sand, making it a favorite during summer.

Next, we'll visit Praia da Barra, notable for a red and white lighthouse that symbolizes the area. The beach features tranquil waters and wooden walkways.

The tour also includes visits to the salt mines, the University, and the Maritime Port, providing insights into the region's history and coastal legends.

After 75 minutes of sightseeing, we'll return to the starting point to conclude the tour.
