After meeting up at the Jardim do Rossio, we will start the first part of the tour with a ride in a Moliceiro boat through the channels of Aveiro, suitable for navigating the narrow waterways.

During the crossing, we will admire the Art Nouveau-style buildings of the old town, complemented by the iconic Portuguese tiles found on monuments like the old railway station of Aveiro.

Next, we will continue with a panoramic tour of the Salinas de Aveiro, exploring the historical significance of salt production in the city.

Then, we will visit the Costa Nova to explore the local beaches, including Praia da Costa Nova with its colourful fishermen's houses, and Praia do Paredão Barra, where we will see the lighthouse guiding ships along the coast.

Participants will also have the opportunity to taste the traditional local sweets, known as ovos moles.

The tour in Largo do Rossio will conclude after 2 hours and 15 minutes of exploring Aveiro.
