Description
After meeting at 41 Cours Jean Jaurès in Avignon, we will travel by minibus for one hour to the Luberon Regional Natural Park. This region of Provence is known for its striking violet color during June and July due to the endless lavender-filled fields.
You will have around one hour of free time to explore the lavender fields of Roussillon. Continuing our tour, we will visit a viewpoint to enjoy a view of Gordes, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France.
Next, we will stop at Sénanque Abbey, a 12th-century monastery surrounded by lavender fields, representing a classic image of Provence.
We will then return to Avignon, concluding our five-hour exploration of the lavender fields of Luberon.
