Description
We'll meet at the tourist office in Avignon at the indicated time to board a minibus for our journey through Provence. Our first stop will be Roussillon, known for its ochre-colored houses and the famous ochre cliffs, including Le Sentier des Ocres. You'll have the opportunity to photograph its picturesque central square.
Next, we will visit Gordes, making a brief stop for pictures. Then we will proceed to Fontaine de Vaucluse, where we’ll walk alongside the Sorgues River with free time for lunch at a local restaurant.
Following this, we will stop at the historical Pont du Gard, an aqueduct from the Roman Empire, where we will discuss its conservation and significance.
Our next stop will be Les Baux de Provence, where you will have approximately one hour of free time to explore the medieval fortress independently.
Finally, we will visit Saint Rémy, providing enough time to explore its historic center before returning to Avignon, concluding a 10-hour day trip.
