Provence Tour & Wine Tasting

Description

This tour of Provence begins at the designated meeting point, 41 Cours Jean Jaurès in Avignon. We will head towards Châteauneuf du Pape, where we will visit two wineries, depending on availability and season, and enjoy local wine tastings. Afterward, you may purchase lunch at the second winery if desired.

Next, we will proceed to Roussillon, noted as one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France, where you will have free time to explore various viewpoints. Our journey continues with a visit to the ancient Roman Pont Julien bridge for photo opportunities. We will then arrive in Lacoste to see the exterior of the Marquis de Sade's castle.

The tour concludes with a brief stop in Gordes, allowing time for photos of this medieval village. We will return to Avignon approximately 10 hours after the initial pickup.
